Facility is beautiful. Staff is friendly. Cardio cinema will be my favorite part of belonging to this gym. Spin class was great. Lyndee is a great instructor.

This place is amazing, KID-CARE specifically! My little ones love this place because it’s fun, I love it because it’s clean, disciplined and organized. Separate baby room for nursing moms like myself and physical activities for older kids too. All the staff is super friendly, fun and helpful. My kids are always watched over and taken care of. They have so many fun activities for kids, my 3 yr old is always bringing home her artwork!!! 10 stars if possible!!

VASA is a huge facility with tons of positive energy inside of it! Left a gym I was at for over 10 years. It’s clean, modern, and has such an amazing community feel. It’s a gym for ALL different fitness goals. Bodybuilders that train hard, to someone in their 80’s that wants to feel better in their everyday life. You get WAY more than you pay for! No sales pressure at all, staff genuinely wants to help.
It has come leaps and bounds from the older days. Just did a kickboxing class with Stacy and there were emotional tears. Not because of how tough it was, and boy was it, but because of the positive energy she exudes!
